IAIRの構成

伊東国際交流協会 (IAIR) は、様々なイベント等を行っておりますが、各事業を、都市交流委員会、事業委員会、広報委員会の３委員会を中心に活動する以下の組織で構成されています。

The Ito Association for International Relations (IAIR) conducts various events, and its activities are organized by the following committees: International Relations Committee, Project Planning Committee, and the Public Relations Committee.

<協会の構成>

＊総会　・・・・・・　年１回開催

　　　　　（正副会長会議 ・・・　適宜、諸課題のために随時開催）　

＊理事会・・・・　年間　３〜４回開催　正副会長５人、理事１７人、監事２人

＊役員会・・・・　会長、副会長、専務理事（事務局）

＊委員会・・・・　事業委員会、都市交流委員会、広報委員会

<Structure of the association>

* General Meeting : Once a year

( President and Vice President Meeting :　Appropriately, convened as needed for various issues)

* Board of directors: 3 to 4 times a year

*Executive Committee: President, Vice Presidents, Managing Director, Secretary

*Committee: International Relations, Project Planning, Public Relations
