The 4th session of our World Cooking Class was held today!
We learned how to make two popular Chinese dishes, boiled dumplings and fresh spring rolls, from Yoen Chun and his mother from China.
Making the dumpling wrappers was quite challenging, but everyone had fun and worked together to shape them. Thank you for such a wonderful time 🙏🏻
We enjoyed the delicious food and ate until we were full!
世界の料理教室の第4回目、今日は中華料理の人気メニュー、水餃子と生春巻きを中国出身のヨエンチュンとお母様に教えてもらいました。水餃子の皮作りは、なかなか難しく、みんなでワイワイ言いながら、なんとか形にしました。楽しい時間をありがとうございました🙏🏻お腹いっぱい、美味しく頂きました。お母様もお店（昇龍）があるのに関わらず、ご協力ありがとうございました🙇♀️
